The experience could have been better

Shipping time was unusually long with no communication from the team. The order just said confirmed for more than 10 days after which I had to follow up multiple times to have the order shipped. When it finally arrived, I noticed the designs were different from the ones I ordered. The socks are of good quality and they look cute but the shopping experience was not optimal. I will not be able to trust them with an order again.
