Unfulfilled order, terrible service

I ordered a set of 6 hankies from your website on the 1st of October. I realised that the address I'd put in was incorrect and both emailed and called your customer care to rectify this and give them the right address. The customer care personnel assured me that they had updated my address and will receive my order shortly. However, the address wasn't updated and delivery was attempted multiple times to the wrong address.
I have had at least 4 conversations with the customer care woman who assured me every time that she had updated my address, but clearly had not.
As of today, I have neither received my order nor a refund. I've been so frustrated with having the same conversation and going in circles that I didn't think to pursue this any further until I got an email asking me to review my experience.
Terrible service.
